Suspicious hypoglycaemia; was it insulin?

Hypoglycaemia – especially in elderly hospital in-patients – is far less uncommon in non-diabetic patients than was previously thought but is only very rarely due to accidental or malicious ‘insulin’ (including insulin analogues and sulphonylurea) administration.
